• The hirer drives on a £650 Insurance Excess payable on or before collection of the vehicle. This excess applies to each and every incident and includes any loss or damage to equipment, fixtures or damage to third party vehicles or property but does not apply to drunk/malicious damage. Only Insured to drive. Maximum of £50 running repairs are permitted without prior telephone authorisation.

• All drivers must be between the ages of 25 and 70 years and must have held a full driving licence for a minimum of 3 years. Any driving convictions, accidents, insurance claims (in the past 5 years), any disqualification in the past eleven years, disabilities or medical conditions must be declared prior to booking. Drivers that passed their Driving Test in or after 1997 may be restricted on the size of vehicle they may drive, please phone to check suitability.

• Collection is normally between 1600 hours and 1800 hours Friday with return by 12 noon Friday. Late returns are charged at £50 per hour or part thereof.

• Smoking is strictly prohibited!

• The vehicle is supplied with a full tank of fuel and must be returned full.

• Propane Gas is included however, if during the course of the hire gas replenishment is required, this becomes the Hirer's responsibility.

• It is the Hirer’s responsibility to check the oil and water levels on a daily basis.

• Tyre damage, windscreen and punctures are the responsibility of the Hirer.

• Activa and Integra GVM is 4,500/5,000 kilos - please check your licence restrictions.

• Maximum height of your vehicle is clearly stated, any overhead damage is the responsibility of the Hirer over and above £650.00 excess. Overhead damage liability may be limited to £650 by taking CDW at £14 per week.
   
• Balance of hire charge is due four weeks prior to start of hire as per our confirmation of booking.
   
• Motorhomes are to be returned with cooker, fridge and bathroom clean or a charge of £45.00 will apply.
   
• Pets not permitted during high season; low and mid-season at £45 surcharge
   
• Opening hours for Hirers are 9.00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday*. Out of hours collections and returns by arrangement. (your vehicle will not be checked in until next day of business.)
   

• CANCELLATION or NO SHOW:

  8 to 6 weeks before start of hire = loss of deposit

  6 to 4 weeks before start of hire = 20% of hire fee + VAT

  4 weeks or less = loss of hire fee including VAT in full
